I recently started using Ballistol, and I'm quite impressed with it (once you get past the smell, although it's not too bad). I love the way it adds a kind of semi-gloss finish to black rifle/shotgun coatings, and it really seems to penetrate into whatever you are trying to lubricate. I'm going to try it on my knives as well. Just wondering what other forum members think about it.
I want to try this stuff but for some reason I can't find it around here. I see Hickhock45 using all the time.
