This past week I took out my Colt Talo Commander .38 Super with the hopes of making a video with it. I had put 450 rds through the gun prior to this trip to the range with decent results. For some reason, I was unable to hit anything and it ended up being the worst day of shooting I had ever had. After struggling with the first few mags shooting at steel, I put some rounds on paper and they printed fine, if not a little left. But for some reason, I just simply could not hit the steel that day. I've never had that happen to me before, at least not to that extent. I am still not sure what I was doing wrong as I was able to put down the Commander, draw my Det. Spl. and hit just fine! I guess I just need more trigger time on it. Needless to say, I was unable to make the video I was planning on making. I will attempt to make the video again next week, hopefully with better results!
