    Post Six long weeks

I have a .357 magnum that I had to send back to taurus for repair. Due to NYS law I had to send via a FFL. After filling out all the proper paper work I finally got it sent out last week. I thought that once it was sent out overnight it wouldn't take that long to get it back however I was wrong. I got an email from them earlier tonight confirming they did infact recieve my gun however it will take 6 weeks for them to fix it and get back to me. If you've ever had to send something back to taurus did it take as long as they said it would?

I had to send a PPK/S back to S&W because of a recall and it took a good 6 weeks before I got it back. I guess they just don't see the urgency...
