Nice. I got to have an adjustable stock cause my arms are too short for the regular fixed stocks.

I may get the 930 after I get my 590A1 when I decide to get a semi-auto shotty.

You might want to check on the Mossberg 500 c its a childs stock. Its pretty small. You just might be able to use this gun. Just a thought...

I would go with the 870, Finish is better, the trigger guard and many other little parts like that are just made better of steel rather than polymer, remington's customer service is better and they've sold more of the 870s than the 500's, 590's etc so the parts and accessories are more available and cheaper.

I'm not a fan of the location of the safety on the Remingtons...I prefer the location of the Mossberg safety, which makes it more ambidextrous.

Bro the finish does nothing when it comes to dependability and shootability of any gun. Pretty guns are to look at. As for better parts from Remington and better availibility... Mossberg is the one shotgun that passed all US military testing and was used by LEO and military exclusively for many years. I also know of no one including myself thats had any problems with Mossberg customer service. Mossy work as good and as long as any other shotty and Ive never seen one that "cost too much". Mossys safeties and chambering buttons are way more ergonomic then Remington and you don't have to deal with the "trap door" when loading. I've looked hard... So what is the great advantage? Mossberg is like the AK47 of shottys. Its well made, reliable, inexpensive, Govt. approved for military use, easy to clean and easy to fix if need be. They have many aftermerket parts so they can be more tactical. To break it down, Remington is a plenty good shot gun and Mossberg is a great shot gun... End of rant. Peace all

I have had 3 mossberg shotguns all for hunting purpose and I love them and they have all been 100% reliable. I would go with the Mossberg 590 because the 500 series has sooooooo many aftermarket parts it's crazy.

I'm back in the game and a happy camper. Yeah guys I saved up and replaced my stolen Mossberg 500. Got the same exact gun only NIB this time. The kicker is I got it at Wal-Mart for 267.00. Thats cheaper then what I could find at gunbroker.com. Thats a first for me. It's a 20ga. with a 22 in. bbl. Holds 5+1 and it rocks for CQB. Yeah thats right I'm doing the happy dance right now.... Peace all.
