I recently got a box of Underwood 147gr. +P+ 9mm ammo. Man this stuff is hot!!! They use Speer GD bullets and pump them up to similar velocities to 124 gr. factory Speer ammo. That's incredible!!

It's hard to find Underwood 147 +p+ the only place I've seen it is online, but may have to get a box or two to try it, currently in my 9mm I use the Gold Dot 124.
Yeah, I think the only place you can get it right now is online. I don't think Underwood distributes to stores yet.
I typically use Winchester Ranger bonded HP ammo in 124 gr. +P or Federal HST 124 gr. +P HP ammo in 9mm.
The T-series is fantastic, but I prefer the superior penetration of the bonded HP.

Ive been carrying since 1989 and have always used corbon.I have never had any problems with it
The PDX line is good and I like the HST's. You can't go wrong with American manufactured ammunition.
I carry federal hst 124 grain 9 mm, or honady critical defense 124 grain 9mm.
Federal hst +p 147 grain in the winter and 124 grain +p speer gold dots in summer. Haven't tried the Underwood yet , but don't know if I wanna sacrifice expansion for penetration.
