All I ever heard of bro is that you can change out the upper on an AR15 for AAC300. The lower is the same but that's it for what I know. If you have an AR15 for 300.00 you can get the upper and mags for 300 blackout so there is some savings and as long as it's not an SBR no paperwork or tax stamp is needed.:cool:
