I have an SR1911. The gun shoots great and has been 100% reliable with about 500 rounds through it so far

Very nice gun, did you keep the wood grips on? I got a set of Ruger black rubber grips and put them on, I think it looks even better with the black grips especially with the black accents. Plus it keeps the wood ones new.

I still have the wood grips on i but I am replacing them with grips from js gun grips

I have been eyeing this 1911 since its release. I don't currently own a 1911 and think this would be an excellent 1st 1911.

The Rugers are a lot of gun for the money, there are better but at the price point they are at they are a good choice, I love mine.

I have owned mine for 3 months now and it has become my favorite firearm. I can shoot this thing all day and it is very accurate and well worth the price. This gun has made me a 1911 fan!

** Rant ** More snow in Minnesota and it sucks. I have yet to fire my SR1911 at the outdoor range and it's driving me crazy. /end rant.
