Nice to meet you as well. I hear alot of good things about Sigs and i know they will out shoot this hi pont by a mile. I hear alot of negitive things about hi point i think there a good starter gun but they feel like your carrying a cinder block on your side the weight is crazy for a polymer frame.

Do you know where Mahoning Valley Milling is in Punxsy? They have a few on hand for under $1000. I had them get me an Arsenal SLR-101s. It was slightly over $1000 but as far as im concerned theyre top of the line. I was just in Indiana the other day doing some electrical work at walmart. Went to king buffet for lunch. I love that place.

So far my two favorite pistols are the XDM 9mm 4.5" for my large frame range and home defense gun and the XDM 9mm compact (which is actually smaller than the XD SUBcompact) for my carry gun. Both shoot great and are very accurate right out of the box with great triggers and match barrels. No smithing required :) Boy, this sucks, no spell checker here. I'm going to actually have to pay attention to what I type!!

lol my spelling is horrid but i think i get my point across ( I hated english and it shows lol) I was looking at the same xdm 9mm the look like awesome guns and ive had older Springfield guns rifles mostly but they were dead on accurate with no work at all. I cant comfortably fit anything smaller then a full frame in my hands I tried a few brands before i ended up with my hi point the one glock felt like i was a giant. Im hopeing to get the xdm or the sig p220 next year but im open to any other gun within my price range at any time I like the buy sell and trade factor there is with firearms vary few things hold there value anymore.
